2. VERIFIED LISTING PROVIDER AND ASSOCIATE VERIFIED LISTING PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Responsibilities of Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers:

Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, complying with applicable laws, and adhering to the policies outlined in these Terms. They must not use or display any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials. Moreover, Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers must not use any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By providing Advertisement Content, the Verified Listing Providers and/or Associate Verified Listing Providers warrant and represent that they own the copyright with respect to such material or have received permission from the copyright owner. Additionally, the Verified Listing Providers and/or the Associate Verified Listing Providers grant MSSL and users of this site the nonexclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print, and use such information or other material.

2.2. Approval of Advertisement Content:

All Advertisement Content provided by Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers are subject to approval by MSSL before it is displayed on the Service. MSSL reserves the right to reject or modify any Advertisement Content that does not comply with these Terms or MSSL's policies.

3. TERMINATION OF USE

MSSL reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at its discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

4. ADVERTISEMENT CONTENT & BILLING

4.1. Advertisement Content:

Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting Advertisement Content or Personal Information and will update such information by contacting MSSL through our CONTACT LINK on our website to keep it accurate.

4.2. Billing for Advertisement Content:

Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers agree to be billed for Advertisement Content through a third-party provider. The services and length of duration of the Advertisement Content will be outlined on the invoice provided. By agreeing to payment for Advertisement Content, Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions specified in the invoice related to the Advertisement services rendered.

5. SECURITY

5.1. Confidentiality:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own information.

5.2. Unauthorized Access:

Users must promptly notify MSSL of any unauthorized access to their account.

5.3. Security Measures:

MSSL employs reasonable security measures to protect user information. While we strive to protect your personal information, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. In addition, other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through our site have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions. 6. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

User: Refers to any individual accessing or using the Service, including but not limited to Verified Listing Providers and Associate Verified Listing Providers.
Verified Listing Provider: Refers to any private pay business, organization, or entity, each registered under the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada with their place of business operating within the province of Saskatchewan, Canada, and who has purchased Advertisement Content to be listed as a Verified Listing Provider on the Service.
Associate Verified Listing Provider: Refers to non-profit service based organizations or entities (excluding housing and accommodations) each registered under the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada with their place of business operating within the province of Saskatchewan, Canada, and who has submitted Advertisement Content to be listed as a Verified Listing Provider on the Service.
Advertisement Content: Refers to all text, images, videos, web links, or any other materials provided by the Verified Listing Provider.
Verified Listing: Refers to the Advertisement Content listed under Housing or Services on MSSL website.
My Sask Senior Living (MSSL): Refers collectively to the business and its subsidiary companies providing the Service, each registered under the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, with their place of business operating within the province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
MSSL Phone Line Support: Refers to the phone support provided by MSSL to users who require assistance with using the Service and is intended for informal informational purposes only.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
